Continual investment in our tooling, test equipment and staff is a must in our continual improvement.

Tooling

We operate out of our HQ in Southampton, UK. We have over 10,000 sq ft of working space with the option to increase this. We have a varied range of tooling from small hand tools including hand crimpers, through to fully automated CNC robotic cut, strip, crimp and test machines.

Test

We have continually invested in electrical test equipment in our quality department and have a broad range of Cirris test equipment. Our showpiece one is a £50k CH2 tester that can test 1000 circuits including HiPot test.

Staff

Continual training with improvement plans and goals are set with each employee throughout the whole business. Training is given both on and off site and training needs are discussed with their supervisors each month.
